1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and yes2win ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the yes2win website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services accessible at yes2win.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To open and maintain an account with yes2win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You do not hold any existing yes2win account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You have not been self-excluded from the yes2win Platform or placed on any exclusion register that covers the Platform.
• The laws and regulations of your jurisdiction do not prohibit you from registering with, depositing to, or playing on an online gambling platform.
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee of any third party. All wagers must be placed on your own behalf with your own funds.

4Account Registration & KYC

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to authorising your first withdrawal — and at any other time at yes2win's reasonable discretion — you will be required to complete our KYC process by submitting:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months); and
• A live selfie holding your identification document, for identity matching purposes.

KYC documents should be submitted exclusively through the secure upload portal within your account settings. yes2win will process submitted documents within 24–48 hours. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following request may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

5Terms of Use

You agree to use the yes2win Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one yes2win account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraud and collusion: Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any other automated systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, deliberately low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying logic of any Platform software or game.
• Unlawful activity: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

yes2win reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited activity and to suspend, restrict, or terminate such Account pending or following investigation, at our sole and reasonable discretion.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on yes2win are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow QR, DuitNow ID
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks
• Direct Bank Transfer (available as fallback option)

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. yes2win does not impose additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawal method must match your deposit method where technically possible. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: typically 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes during banking hours

yes2win reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected prohibited activity. In such cases, we will notify you via your registered email address.

7Bonuses & Promotions

yes2win offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). You must wager the bonus amount that number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet is typically RM 300 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this cap during a bonus cycle may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute at 100%; table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute at 10–20%; and certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution. Specific rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire 14 days from the date of activation. Expired bonus funds and any wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus at yes2win's discretion.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "non-cashable" or "sticky", the original bonus amount cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings exceeding the bonus amount may be cashed out following satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: yes2win reserves the right to withhold or retract bonuses, and to cancel bonus-derived winnings, where we have reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been claimed or used in bad faith, or that a Player has engaged in prohibited activity in connection with a bonus.

yes2win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to communicate material changes via the Platform or your registered email address where practicable.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

yes2win offers a range of betting markets including, but not limited to, live dealer casino games (Sic Bo, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), slot titles, sports betting markets (football including Liga Super Malaysia and English Premier League, UFC, and other major events), as well as lottery and poker variants.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the Platform:

• Wager Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from the Platform. Bets that have not received confirmation should not be assumed as placed.
• Obvious Errors: yes2win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were materially incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account. Winnings derived from a palpable error will not be honoured.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Individual game and market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of play. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Event Cancellations: In the event that a sporting fixture or casino game is cancelled, suspended, or deemed void after a bet has been placed, yes2win will follow established settlement rules for that market type. Stakes on voided outcomes will be returned.
• Technical Interruptions: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, yes2win will use server-side records to determine the outcome of any unsettled round. Our records are the authoritative source for dispute resolution purposes.

9Responsible Gambling

yes2win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without our prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose; or
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

The yes2win name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of yes2win. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes2win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or server errors beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made in reliance on Platform content, odds displays, or game outcome information; or
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

yes2win's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit yes2win's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Suspension & Termination

yes2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used in connection with any prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful activity;
• You no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; or
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Funds on Termination for Cause: Where an account is terminated due to verified prohibited activity or fraud, yes2win reserves the right to retain the Account balance in full, including all deposited funds, pending investigation and/or legal proceedings.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which yes2win is registered and licensed. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration or, where applicable, the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to specific bet outcomes, game results, or account transactions, yes2win's internal records and server logs shall constitute the primary source of evidence.

14Amendments

yes2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
